2009 Constitution Project Awards Dinner The Constitution Project celebrated the many achievements of Alberto Mora, former General Counsel, Department of the Navy, and Craig Watkins, District Attorney for Dallas County, Texas at the annual Constitutional Champions Awards Dinner on April 2, 2009. The event was held at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.

	**2009 Constitutional Commentary Award** On September 17, 2009, The Constitution Project, as a part of Constitution Day festivities, presented its annual Constitutional Commentary Award to Michael Kirk for his production of Frontline’s “Bush’s War.” The Constitution Project established the Award to recognize exceptional critical analysis of the constitutional implications of public policy.
*2008 Constitutional Commentary Award* On September 17, 2008, The Constitution Project presented its 2008 Constitutional Commentary Award to Linda Greenhouse. The award is given annually to the author of an outstanding written work that has improved the quality of public discourse through insightful, articulate analysis of a constitutional question. Ms. Greenhouse covered the United States Supreme Court for The New York Times, where she earned the Pulitzer Prize for Journalism in 1998, from 1978-2008.
