Kelly Davies is the Director of Development for The Constitution Project. Kelly joined the Constitution Project in April 2011. Prior to coming to TCP, Kelly was the director of development for the Middle East Institute, a non partisan think tank with over 67 years of history. Previous to coming to Washington, Kelly spent two years living abroad in Istanbul, Turkey where she began her interest in international relations, rule of law, and human rights. Before moving to Istanbul, Kelly began her career in fundraising as the director of community relations at TradeWinds Rehabilitation Center in Gary, IN. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and a Masters of Science in International Commerce and Policy.
