Jessica Neiterman
Jessica Neiterman is The Constitution Project's Fried Frank Legal Fellow. Jessica joined The Constitution Project in September 2011 and is on loan from the Washington, D.C. office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. At Fried Frank, Jessica's practice focuses on representing entities and individuals in a wide array of securities matters in front of the Securities and Exchange Commission. She has also represented clients in a variety of pro bono matters, including criminal appeals, regulatory advocacy, and civil litigation. Jessica received a B.A. in History and Sociology of Science and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. She received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she participated in the Wrongful Convictions Clinic, the Low Income Taxpayer's Clinic, and the Innocence Project.
